Why Judo Matters
Judo helps the community by keeping young people active and disciplined, teaching them respect, self-control, and responsibility while improving their physical and mental health. By keeping students busy in training and competitions, judo helps curb early pregnancies and drug abuse, as young people spend their time on positive activities. In addition, judo strengthens the wider community by creating role models, reducing antisocial behavior, encouraging healthy lifestyles, and fostering peace and cooperation, leading to a safer and more supportive community.
